We've recently announced that we are planning to change our guild's strucure again. We used to be a very hardcore guild, but the last month we've let things slip. Currently we are changing our ways again by updating everything about our guild from rules and requirements to the look of our website.
Now we're glad to say we're ready to up our game again.
From now on we will recruit hardcore players only (level 45+ and 18 years of age). If you might be interested to join us, check out our new RECRUITMENT page that you can access by clicking the recruitment tab on top of the website. There you will also find our new application form.
Sanctuary is part of an alliance with other top Elyos legions. This makes it possible for us to capture and defend fortresses together with our allies, without any trouble. It has been proven successful in the past.
PS. Soon we will remove all the inactive players of our legion, resulting to a memberbase of ~40 tight-knit and highly active raiders. We do not have a maximum or minimum membercount, so we will always be open for recruitment. |

Sanctuary has been a successful guild for over one year now. But what would the 2nd year be without any new goals or things to look forward to.
After a short discussion amongst the officers, we've decided to step it up a notch and strive to become a top hardcore guild. Our highest ranking so far was #4 during the months of october & november and we've also set some first achievements. Now falling down the ranking because zerg guilds are getting higher levels, we need to change our ways a bit. The following is what we've come up with.
Sanctuary will become a hardcore only legion.
- Absolute minimum level 45
- Maximum offline without notice is 2 days
- 75% siege attendance is required
- The use of forums & ventrilo is a must
These changes will be made on the 10th of January together with an official announcement and updates on our website.
Applications from that day onwards can be made by either posting on our forums or by having a short conversation with one of the officers on ventrilo. |

Recently we've noticed some of our golden oldies returned to the game to see how the game and the guild advanced since launch. This way we would like to welcome those who have rejoined and put out a message to those who're thinking of returning to Aion and Sanctuary.
We can easily say our guild is growing nicely again and we're planning to pick up on daily raiding (fortress raids) after the holidays as members need to take the deserved break after months of extensive grinding.
Those thinking of joining Sanctuary again, feel free to come on our ventrilo and have a chat or contact any player on our forums or ingame for a heads-up.
For players not familiar with Sanctuary but who are in search of a friendly, democratic and active raiding guild, do not hessitate to have a chat with any of our members or officers about our guild. We're sure we can cater for those who want to have an active and very enjoyable guild but without any drama, elitism and loss of fun due to obligations and rules.
For now, we'd like to wish everyone happy holidays and we hope to see more players join our ranks during the increased XP weekends and Solarius festival ingame. |
