I really like the game, just fun
I've read the negativity yeah, I was getting my mate to buy the game while he was linking me to all threads about it - tbh, I disagree with every single negativity they stated.
"full of aimbotters" - not come across anyone that appears to be aimbotting, people claiming there to be probably just suck at aiming.
"repetitiveness" - sure, I agree on this one, but.. BUT... it's fun type of repetitiveness, it's like dota/hon, you're playing the same map, doing the map objective, or playing css, its the same maps, over and over again, but in APB, it's pvp, just like all other games, it's never 'the same' fight between people, always different scenario, etc, not to mention it's day 2 of release, it's got time to implement new shit
"poor performance" - nah, I'm running it on high, with just a £400 system atm, no lag at all.
If you play alone, you may get bored - but if your with some friends, it's a great laugh.
I don't like persuading people into buying a game for them not liking it. So... if you really have doubts, and don't feel like getting the game, don't, as I don't want to be responsible for you buying the game and not liking it lol.
You WILL be doing the same missions over and over (burn this house, delivery this car, spray paint this wall, defend this, take out x guy, get away from cops, raid this building, take this item and bring it to x location) although, they'll be in different areas, so there's different terrain/buildings to hide behind, and different players all the time.
There's no story line worthy of talking about, so don't be hoping to get into any lore - it's a fps.... mmo, type game.
Vehicle performance, isn't that great, it's ok, for a pc/keyboard controlled driving, but it's not the best. I'm fine with it, takes an hour or two to get used to the sluggishness of it (or just get better car).
Customization... is just insane with the amount of things you can do.
Killing someone/blowing up cars, seems to take more than just 1-2 hits... from range that is. Close up, they die much faster, dunno if its accuracy, or whatever, but just seems abit 'off', is all fair though
EDIT: @aimbotting thingy, when you get a kill streak of 5+, i gets displayed globally, when you get a certain amount of kills, you're more wanted, people will hunt you down, your name will turn yellow after x amount of kills too, and anyone can openly kill you - so it's not really in favour of any bots, and I've not seen anyone appear to be 'unstoppable' today
